Curried Pumpkin Apple Soup

Ingredients: 2 tbsp onion, chopped 1 cup celery, chopped 1 large apple, chopped 2 tsp curry powder of choice 3 cups vegetable stock 1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin 1 bay leaf honey and salt to taste Directions: Saute the celery, apple and onion with the curry powder until translucent.
